Over the weekend, I took a moment to pause and reflect on why I do this work. I sank into gratitude—for the people who trust me to hold space for them and the organizations that seek my skills and knowledge.
I reminded myself of my mission and its impact. And I’ll be honest—sometimes, I forget. Maybe you do too. I think we all get caught up in the day-to-day sometimes and lose sight of the bigger purpose. That’s why we need reminders.
As I reflected, I also thought about the progress I’ve seen in past and current clients. I saw a massive shift in their confidence and greater clarity on where they needed to place their efforts all because of a strategy or roadmap we built together. Watching these transformations unfold? It’s been incredible and I am so grateful.
